Each year on 12 th April the Yuris Night is celebrated to remember the historic 1st manned spaceflight of Yuri Gagarin.

Since 2009 the Austrian Space Forum will award one person the "Polarstern" prize.

Yuris Night 2012 will take place at the Naturhistorisches Museum in Vienna (burgring 7, 1010 wien, austria)

Programm (Begin: 18:00 )
+ Tour with museum director Christian Köberl through the dinosaur hall
+ Gerhard Kowalski, space journalist, speak about Gagarins flight
+ ESA expert speak about Space Situational Awareness
+ Polarstern prize ceremony
+ After-show party
