›Next-Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference NSRC 2013
Welcome to the 2013 Next-Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference (NSRC), the premier conference for researchers and educators interested in commercial suborbital reusable vehicles. This year, the conference will be held at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, Colorado, just outside Boulder. Among other things, NSRC-2013 will provide in-depth NASA, FAA, and flight provider briefings and extensive networking opportunities for researchers and educators wishing to use next-gen suborbital.
The objectives of the NSRC-2013, therefore, are:
- To educate researchers and educators to the opportunities and capabilities of next-gen reusable, commercial suborbital vehicles are for research and education missions (REM).
- To communicate to flight providers what questions, feedback, and ideas researchers and educators have.
- To further demonstrate strong interest by US domestic and international researchers and educators to NASA, industry, DoD, the National Institute of Health (NIH), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and other funding entities for REM applications.
