›SGAC Mentoring Event - Satellite 2014

The world's premier event in satellite communication, SATELLITE2014, will take place over the 10-13 March 2014, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC, USA, and SGAC invites its members to join senior industry representatives in the communications satellite sector at this great event.
Bringing a new cadre of young professionals and students to this event is a priority for the organisers, and SGAC has partnered with SATELLITE 2014 this year to make sure our members get the best of this unique experience. SGAC is supporting SATLELLITE 2014 with two new initiatives – a speed mentoring event for young professionals, and opportunities to win full fee scholarships to the entire conference.

During the conference, Young Professionals and Students will be able to spend some time up close with some of the top leaders in the satellite communications industry. SGAC will host a Speed Mentoring Event, where you will have the opportunity to share a table with top company representatives and any questions, seek advice, and get to know some of the personal experiences which shaped their professional careers.

Right after the Mentoring Event, all the participants will be invited to the SATELLITE 2014 Awards Celebration and Reception, from 6 to 8pm, where they will be able to network with the rest of the conference participants. All participants to the mentoring event will have access to the Exhibition Area, where they will be able to visit all the booths of the main industry and organisations on the sector, one of the biggest of this kind.
