›2nd Edition of the Coimbra Space Summer School

The Coimbra Space Summer School is a week dedicated to space-related business!

The idea is to challenge entrepreneurs, researchers and students to conceive business ideas around space systems (e.g. Galileo, EGNOS), space data (Copernius/Sentinels), space technology (e.g. ESA patents) with potential to add value in our daily lives or for commercial or industrial applications (e.g. mobility, food security, climate monitoring, agriculture, logistics, health, tourism).
The Coimbra Space Summer School will host Space Sessions and Business Sessions and introduce the participants to hot topics in both space areas (e.g. Earth Observation, GNSS) and business, entrepreneurship and startups areas (e.g. Business Model Canvas and How to Pitch).
The sessions will be both theoretical but mostly hands-on! The participants will work on a space-related business idea during the whole week and at the end of the week present it to space companies and academia, ESA and the Portuguese Delegation at ESA.
