It’s LAA Rally booking time again and we look forward to seeing you at Rally 2016 for a successful three days of fun, friendly atmosphere and above all, successful trading.

Exhibitor Opening times

Vehicles will not be permitted on the Exhibition site during opening hours unless they form part of your outside display (motorhome or similar). Access for loading and unloading will be:

Thursday 1st September: 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm
Friday 2nd September : 7.45 am to 9.15 am and from 5.00 pm
Saturday 3rd September: 7.45 am to 9.15 am and from 5.00 pm
Sunday 4th September:: 7.45 am to 9.15 pm and from 4.15 pm.

Please note that it contravenes health & safety regulations to dismantle stands including the removal of displays whilst the public are still in the marquees. Therefore exhibitors are not to break down their stand until after 4pm on the Sunday.

Public Opening times

Friday 2nd September: 09.30 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday 3rd September: 09.30 am to 5.00 pm
Sunday 4th September: 09.30 am to 4.00 pm

Flags and Banners on Site and Advertising

Exhibitors are reminded that company flags and banners are to be kept within the confines of the space booked and not placed around the site without prior permission.

Any additional banners/flags around the site area carrying advertising for a company or product can be placed at a cost of ÂŁ50.00 to include a maximum of 2 x flags around the site and 1 x banner along the railings. If more flags/banners are required ÂŁ50.00 charge will apply.
