The SAE 2016 Aerospace Systems and Technology Conference (ASTC) combines the strength of the SAE Power Systems Conference (PSC), Aerospace Electronics and Avionics Systems Conference (AEAS) with tracks unmanned systems and systems engineering.

In addition, the triennial joint AIAA-AHS-SAE-RAeS International Powered Lift Conference (IPLC) will be held in Hartford with ASTC. All ASTC attendees will receive entrance to this event with their ASTC registration.

The ASTC and IPLC provide an open technical forum for aerospace systems professionals, especially engineers working in the following disciplines to gather valuable technical knowledge, insight, and information on emerging and applied technologies with respect to commercial, military, and unmanned aviation:

avionics
power systems
propulsion
safety
systems engineering
unmanned systems
V/STOL aircraft
Transformative flight
Keynote presentations, lively panel discussions, and technical sessions and will be highlights of this premier event - essential for the aerospace technical community, government, and research personnel. This event provides an invaluable opportunity for attendees to renew and develop important business relationships within the international aerospace industry.

Unlike other aerospace and defense events, this conference focuses on the practical application and implementation of technology, and technology in development in commercial, military and general aviation.
