›United Nations/South Africa Symposium on Basic Space Technology

The objectives of this Symposium are to address the status of capacity-building in space technology development, in particular for small satellite activities, with a special focus on Africa; to consider opportunities for regional and international cooperation, as well as legal and regulatory issues of space technology development, including the long-term sustainability of outer space activities; and to discuss the development of the curriculum on basic space technology.
