The 16th Edition of the National Festival in Popular Astronomy
Year after year since 2001, the National Festivals in Popular Astronomy are held for the benefit of the public at large. The subject for this sixteenth edition is "The Vibrating Universe". Not only will it discuss the recently discovered gravitational waves and its tremendous potential for future discoveries, but also the oscillating messengers like electromagnetic waves (namely light) and even neutrinos (In flavor) etc. Then the pulsating Sun, Cepheids, stars... Other topics including space sciences will be dealt with. There will also be an Astronomy and Space Fair, lectures, workshops. All these activities have made this Festival throughout the years a much sought astronomical ans Space Science rendez- vous in the region...
