›SAR Galileo Operation Sharkbait

If you didn’t already know, this September I am heading to Belgium to be kicked off a boat and into the North Sea. This will set off my emergency rescue beacon alerting authorities my exact location, using the SAR Galileo satellite. Different emergency crews will be deployed and one will be a helicopter. 

After the initial assessment, I will be hoisted to the helicopter and rescued. 

All of this will be broadcasted live.
