26th APRSAF Conference theme: Advancing Diverse Links Toward a New Space Era
Jointly organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and
Technology of Japan (MEXT) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), the APRSAF has become one of the biggest open forums in the field of space activities with participation from space agencies, governmental bodies, industries, academia and other space-related organizations.
Following 25 years of existence, APRSAF welcomes the next quarter-century, expecting to play a major role as a platform among further diverse players, including start-up enterprises, young professionals and entrepreneurs, based on the joint statement of its last session.
APRSAF-26 will provide a great opportunity to exchange views on its medium- to long-term vision in order to mark a significant milestone toward the upcoming new space era.
APRSAF-26 will look back on the advancement of space activities in the AsiaPacific region in the last 25 years, and discuss new regional topics and issues, including sustainable utilization of space, space exploration, and industry promotion among the heads of space agencies and government officials.
