The Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute (SSERVI) is pleased to announce the 7th annual NASA Exploration Science Forum. Due to the COVID-19 situation, this year’s NESF will be an all-virtual meeting.

The 2020 Exploration Science Forum will feature discussion on exploration science topics regarding the Moon, near-Earth asteroids and the moons of Mars. Participants will learn about recent mission results and in-depth analyses of science and exploration studies that reflect the direction of the Agency and community. A dedicated side conference for students and young professionals (LunGradCon) will be held, along with sessions focusing on a wide variety of science and exploration topics including the Forum’s first-ever session in the field, focusing on analog studies. In addition, numerous grass-roots, community-led focus groups will meet during lunch breaks at the Forum.

This meeting is open to the planetary science, human exploration, astrophysics and heliophysics communities as well as others involved in the science of human exploration. Please consider submitting an abstract and/or attending to learn more about current exploration science research and missions as we progress towards a human return to the Moon via the Artemis program!
