›BIS Summer Get-Together and AGM 2020

Join us at Aerospace Bristol for the Society’s AGM (Fellows only), followed by an afternoon social. Catch up with BIS friends and bring a guest for a relaxing afternoon, then take your time looking at the last Concorde to fly‎.

BIS Fellows are invited to the AGM; this part is free of charge to Fellows but you must register your attendance using the form below. Fellows are eligible to vote and the AGM form with ballot paper will be available in early June.

After the formal AGM has ended, the Summer Get-Together begins and Members are welcome to join the Fellows for a discussion about the Society. The discussion will be held in the Miami Washington room and your ticket price also gives access to the Concorde hangar. You must register and pay for your ticket here – they are £20 (free for under 18s). This is to cover the venue hire charge and although it will give you access to Concorde, you will need to buy a separate ticket on the day if you want to see the rest of the museum. The museum opens at 10am, so Members and their families are welcome to come early to make it a full day’s visit.

The event is limited to 60 people, including friends and families of Members, so places will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis.

• If you are a Fellow and wish to attend the AGM AND the Get-Together, you must fill out the form below AND purchase a ticket to the Get-Together (either by clicking here or using the link provided in the email you will receive after registering for the AGM).
