The Satellite Applications Catapult and the Manufacturing Technology Centre are proud to bring you the second Made for Space conference.

Made For Space is a two-day intensive conference examining the opportunities and possibilities for manufacturing within the global space sector.

On the 30th and 31st March, you will be able to explore the latest innovations, technologies, and opportunities being adopted by the Space sector. The conference will focus on key emerging technologies and their alignment to the Government’s National Space Strategy including Supply Chain, In-Space Remote Operations, Components and Materials, and wider “Art-of the –possible” technology development.

This conference is aimed at all organisation sizes and types (SMEs to LEs, RTOs, Academic Institutions, and Government Agencies) who are working in:

The Space sector looking for new products, technologies, and processes to support their growing Space sector actives

Manufacturing looking for opportunities to provide services and products into the Space sector.

The conference will include:

  • SME clinics (accessing MTC and the Satellite Applications Catapult support services and funding)

Made For Space 2022 brings together international experts from both the space and advanced manufacturing sectors who will show you how new manufacturing technologies and processes (Digital, Automation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing and more) can help the progression of the Third Space Age.

This event is always very popular, and even more so this year with it being the first in-person Space event since 2019 at the MTC.
