›Aerospace Medicine Symposium Protection and Enhancement of the Senses in Flight
The Symposium aims to provide an update on current issues concerning use the human body’s special senses in aviation. The senses are critical to many tasks in the flight environment, and yet are readily deceived and sometimes damaged by that environment. This Symposium will describe ongoing problems in vision, hearing and orientation. Solutions to these problems, current and future, will be explored. The topics will be addressed by speakers with first-hand experience in the field.
