LEEM organize the first international competition ‘All You CAN Fly!’

Laboratory for Space and Microgravity Research (LEEM) organizes the first international competition ‘All You CAN Fly!’ which will be hold in Madrid from 8 to 11 April 2010. The objective of this competition is to give the opportunity to non conventional flight devices enthusiasts of competing in several categories.

‘All You CAN Fly’ is an innovative competition in the space sector, with no inscription cost. It is included into the program that the city of Madrid has prepared for its presidency of the Ariane Cities Community (CVA).

The competition has been designed with the intention of meeting all flight devices enthusiasts (students, young professionals, engineers or scientifics) from different sectors as aerospace, physics, informatics, communications or electronics, into an exhibition framework structured in the following categories: CanSats, Rockets and UAVs. Ingenious and creativity required to design, build and test one of these devices, provide to students and young professional the opportunity of acquiring competencies which will be demanded during their future careers. On the other hand, All You CAN Fly is also an opportunity for engineers and scientifics, as well as for small and medium enterprises to show their works, projects and products.
