Lake District

When NASA forms an elite astronaut team they increase their leadership and team building skills by undertaking outdoor leadership training programmes. This weekend in the Lake District will replicate these activities with former NASA astronaut Ken Bowersox. It includes Via Ferrata, a protected climbing course that according to Astronauts Ron Garan and Mike Foale “is a very similar experience to actually Space walking”.
