›50th Anniversary of UK Access to Space
Over recent years, the UK space sector has experienced unprecedented growth: by 2018 the industry’s revenues reached almost £15 billion. With the role of the private sector becoming ever more prominent, the industry has acquired a dynamism not seen in decades. How did we get here and what does the future hold?
Skyrora, UK Space Agency and FAST have partnered together to explore the future of this exciting industry and celebrate its past accomplishments, as we mark the 50th anniversary of the UK’s entry to space, following Black Arrow’s success in 1970.
