What’s user-centred design (UCD)? Good question! It’s all about putting the user at the heart of your product, technology or service in order to de-risk its development. It’s a process that will make sure that you build the right thing and build the thing right.

In this interactive workshop aimed at small to medium-sized businesses in the UK space sector, members of the UCD Team from the Satellite Applications Catapult will show you how you can put the user at the heart of your business ideas.

This course is led by Dan Healy, Head of User Centred Design at the Satellite Applications Catapult, and other members of his team.

Who is it for?

This course is open to all but aimed at SMEs looking to transform ideas and data into real products.

Cost:

Attendance of this event is fully-funded for individuals and SMEs within Cornwall, but tickets are limited. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

This training is organised by the CSATT project*, which is delivered by Truro and Penwith College and part-funded by the European Social Fund as part of the Meeting Smart Specialisation Business Needs through Higher Level Skills project.
