Best known for his portrayal of Commander William Riker in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Frakes has also become a highly regarded director in film and television, directing such films and television shows as Star Trek: First Contact, The Librarians, The Orville, Picard, and the upcoming Nickelodeon series, The Astronauts.

This conversation will feature and be facilitated by astrophysicist and Star Trek science consultant, Dr. Erin MacDonald.
